What is this?

The U.S. Department of Agriculture created the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Loan Guarantee Program to provide economic development loans to rural areas.  Because this is a government run program, each borrower must have its financial statements audited annually by a qualified CPA firm.

In order to qualify to perform RUS audits, Pry Professional Group has participated and successfully completed a peer review of its accounting and auditing practice.  In addition, we have professional staff with specialized training and the continuing education requirements to perform governmental audits for our clients.

How does it help me?

Every RUS borrower must have its financial statements audited to meet governmental regulations on receiving these funds.  Pry Professional Group provides the necessary audit to comply with these government regulations.  We can also prepare or assist you in preparing the additional regulatory filings required by the Department of Agriculture.

What do I need to bring?

Prior to the start of an RUS audit engagement, we will provide you with an “items needed” list that specifies all of the documentation we will need to complete our services. 

Security is very important to us, as we are sure it is to you.  Any information you have in electronic format (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.) can be uploaded to Pry Professional Group through a personal, secure portal that we will create for you.
