What is this?

Estate Planning is the process of passing assets on to future generations with minimal amounts of time, tax or trouble.   It is also the process to make sure all your desires are taken care of in the event of a long-term illness or disease that renders you incapable of making financial decisions. Typically it includes estate planning documents but often it only includes a discussion about current ownership issues and beneficiary designations.

How does it help me?

Pry Advisory Group’s Estate Planning process helps people in two ways.  First they help clients understand where they stand in light of the current estate tax, both Federal and State.

Secondly, many clients have already taken steps to plan their estate but either due to changing laws or lack of knowledge, are unsure if what they have done will achieve the intended goals.  Our Trust Consultants are experts in helping clients understand what they have created and how it would benefit them in the present time.  Our Consultants will also help clients understand the need for updating as future laws change to make sure their estate plans stay in line with the ever changing tax code.

Once this is determined our Consultants help the client pick the appropriate attorney for the task.
